This role is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, liaising with SKK Migas, managing supplier relationships, and driving value across various spend categories.\nJob Responsibilities:\nEnsuring the tenders or sourcing and contracting activities are performed and also, ensure the tender strategies, tender documentation and tender decisions are in compliance with and based on the prevailing PTK 007 and local regulation\nLead the development and implementation of category-specific sourcing strategies, utilizing analytical thinking and market intelligence.\nConduct comprehensive category spend profiling and identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation.\nPerform thorough business requirements analysis to ensure sourcing solutions align with internal stakeholder needs.\nManage the end-to-end negotiation process, including planning, preparation, and execution, to secure favorable terms and conditions.\nCultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships, fostering collaboration and driving performance improvements.\nLeverage agility core practices and tools to optimize sourcing processes and respond effectively to market changes.\nUtilize digital fluency to enhance sourcing efficiency and decision-making through data analysis and technology.\nMonitor product and market intelligence to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities within assigned categories.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful implementation of sourcing initiatives.\nDrive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and supplier performance.\nJob Qualifications:\nProven experience as a Sourcing Manager, Tender Chairperson or in a similar procurement role.\nHas a valid PTK007 certification and has experience in performing the role of Procurement Committee Chairperson for a Cost Recovery Production Sharing Contract (PSC) Contractor in exploitation stage.\nDemonstrated proficiency in Agility core practices and relevant Agility tools.\nExceptional analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.\nStrong experience in Business Requirements Analysis and translating business needs into sourcing strategies.\nExpertise in Category spend profiling and developing comprehensive Category Strategies.\nHighly developed Negotiating skills with a track record of successful outcomes.\nProficient in Negotiation planning and preparation techniques.\nSolid understanding of Product and market intelligence.\nExcellent Supplier Relationship Management capabilities.\nStrong Digital Fluency, including experience with relevant procurement technologies and data analysis tools.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.\nWhy join BP?\nAt bp, we provide the following environment and benefits to you!\nA company culture where we respect our diverse and unified teams, where we are proud of our achievements and where fun and the attitude of giving back to our environment are highly valued\nPossibility to join our social communities and networks\nLearning opportunities and other development opportunities to craft your career path\nLife and health insurance, medical care package\nAnd many other benefits.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
