Working closely with Pricing, Sales, GIPP, and technical teams, you will help transform business challenges into scalable digital solutions, optimize pricing processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support commercial decision-making across MED and Europe.\nWhat you will deliver\nLead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of automation and process improvement opportunities across pricing operations.\nSupport daily pricing activities and ensure core systems, tools, and processes remain effective, stable, and fit for business needs.\nDevelop analytics products, dashboards, data pipelines, and decision-support solutions that help optimize pricing performance and business outcomes.\nDrive automation initiatives using Power Platform, Microsoft 365 applications, SAP automation, AI-enabled solutions, and related technologies.\nContribute to the simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement of pricing practices across MED and Europe.\nSupport and enhance key pricing systems including SAP, Polaris, ICPM, and PROS.\nPartner with Pricing, Sales, IT, and development teams to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.\nSupport GIPP initiatives and contribute to the successful delivery of business and automation projects.\nLeverage modern analytics and AI capabilities, including Power BI, SQL, Python, Databricks, Palantir, and Copilot technologies, to solve commercial and analytical challenges.\nWhat you will need to be successful\nKnowledge of or strong interest in AI technologies, development tools, Power BI, and Power Apps.\nFamiliarity with Power Platform, SQL, Python, data analytics, reporting solutions, or process automation tools.\nAbility to analyse complex business and market data and translate insights into practical recommendations and decision-support solutions.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement attitude.\nA motivated, proactive, and self-starting approach, with the confidence to identify opportunities and drive change.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams.\nExperience working collaboratively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.\nFamiliarity with Agile and DevOps ways of working.\nA university degree or equivalent professional experience.\nFluency in English and Spanish; French and/or Portuguese would be advantageous.\nWe are a global team at bp, please, help us with submitting an English CV.\nWhy join us?\nAt bp, we support our people to grow in a diverse and exciting environment.
