Working closely with Technology leaders and enterprise partners, you will connect business priorities with practical plans, effective governance and measurable outcomes.\nYou will lead workforce planning, operational governance, interpersonal effectiveness and employee experience, while enabling leaders to make informed decisions through data and insights. The role offers an opportunity to shape how the Hub operates, develops its capabilities and collaborates with global teams.\nKey Accountabilities\nTechnology Strategy & Execution\nTurn India Technology priorities into clear plans, achievements and measurable outcomes.\nLead cross-functional programmes that support hub growth, capability development and business priorities.\nTrack progress, identify risks and dependencies, and help leaders make timely decisions.\nCoordinate delivery across teams and enabling functions to achieve agreed outcomes.\nWorkforce Strategy & Talent Operations\nLead workforce planning, interpersonal growth, hiring governance and workforce analytics.\nPartner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to support recruitment, onboarding and capability development.\nCoordinate graduate, apprentice and other strategic talent programmes.\nProvide workforce insights to support planning, resource allocation and leadership decisions.\nGovernance, Risk & Operational Excellence\nCreate and maintain governance frameworks, operational controls, reporting and compliance processes.\nIdentify operational risks, track actions and support timely resolution.\nImprove processes by simplifying ways of working, standardizing practices and reducing unnecessary complexity.\nSupport the adoption of enterprise standards and strengthen operational consistency across the hub.\nOrganizational Effectiveness & Employee Experience\nLead initiatives that improve productivity, engagement, onboarding, wellbeing and collaboration.\nUse employee feedback and operational data to find opportunities for improvement.\nPartner with leaders to strengthen team effectiveness and align local practices with global Technology priorities.\nCoordinate leadership communications, learning programmes, culture initiatives and major hub events.\nLeadership Enablement & Customer Partnership\nBuild trusted relationships with leaders and provide practical advice to support business decisions.\nPrepare executive updates, dashboards, FMs and recommendations using relevant insights.\nWork with Technology, People & Culture, Procurement, Finance, Workplace and external partners to deliver shared outcomes.\nConnect bp Technology India with global hubs to encourage teamwork, share effective practices and improve alignment.\nRequired Qualifications\nA bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technology, engineering, business management or a related field, or equivalent shown experience.\nExperience in technology operations, business operations, programme management or interpersonal transformation.\nExperience working with senior stakeholders in a sophisticated, cross-functional organization.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations.\nEffective communication, partnership and leadership skills.\nThe ability to handle challenging priorities, coordinate multiple initiatives and deliver results.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience supporting a large technology organization, global capability center or technology delivery hub.\nExperience in workforce planning, talent operations, governance or organizational effectiveness.\nFamiliarity with change management, continuous improvement and operational risk management.\nKnowledge of Agile practices and programme delivery methods.\nExperience working across geographical locations and collaborating with global teams.\nKey Capabilities\nCritical thinking and business understanding\nCollaboration and stakeholder engagement\nPlanning, prioritization and execution\nAnalytical thinking and evidence-based decision-making\nGovernance and continuous improvement\nCommunication, influencing and change leadership\nAbout bp\nOur purpose is to deliver energy to the world, today and tomorrow.
