There’ll be opportunities to connect with other interns, take part in training and grow your network across the business.\nIntern - wells\nAs a bp Wells Intern you’ll have a great opportunity to find out more about how hydrocarbon producing Wells are built and run by bp to deliver the energy the world needs. \nDuring your internship you’ll be a member of one of our onshore teams in one of the Drilling, Completions, Intervention or Integrity sub-disciplines, which look after how our Wells are designed, constructed, maintained and operated. As part of that team you’ll be expected to use your initiative, problem solving, collaborative and organisational skills under the guidance of an experienced engineer, to deliver the solution to a challenging project that addresses one of the issues that your team faces\nRoles and responsibilities \nThe precise nature of your role and task will be determined by your skills as well as the needs of the business but your responsibilities include:\nWorking on task and supporting your squad to find the best solutions \nHelping to maintain performance within your squad and for bp as a company \nBuilding relationships within bp, collaborating across functions and squads to deliver excellence \nDemonstrating agility, initiative and dedication through the bp “Who We Are”. \nDuring your internship you’ll get continuous feedback and guidance on how to plan and deliver your assigned project or task, along with advice on what to look for and who to talk to.
