The role focuses on ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and supporting seamless supply chain operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain 24-month Supply, DRP, and Material Plans.\nManage inventory, deployment, replenishment, and material availability to meet business demand.\nCoordinate production planning and material supply to ensure uninterrupted operations.\nMonitor supply shortages and material constraints; perform RCA and implement corrective actions.\nCollaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics teams to align supply and demand.\nOptimize inventory levels, safety stocks, and reduce excess/obsolete inventory (SLOBs).\nSupport S&OP processes, NPI launches, and product lifecycle planning.\nMaintain planning master data accuracy and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n6 + years of experience in Supply Planning, DRP, Material Planning, Production Planning, or Inventory Planning.\nStrong knowledge of DRP, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Supply Chain Planning, MPS, and Inventory Management.\nExperience with SAP APO, Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP, or similar planning tools.\nAdvanced Excel and analytical skills.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment.\nPreferred\nExperience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Chemicals, Lubricants, or Process Industries.\nKnowledge of S&OP, inventory optimization, and supply planning processes.\nTravel: No travel required\nWork Hours: US Time Zone Support (Night Shift IST)\nWhy Join our team?\nAt Castrol, we support our people to learn and grow in a diverse and challenging environment.
