This role will play a key part in driving organisational agility, embedding customer-centric ways of working, improving employee engagement, and supporting balanced culture change. The successful candidate will combine strong change management expertise with critical thinking, customer influence, and analytical capability to deliver measurable business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and support the implementation of agile ways of working across teams and transformation programmes.\nAssess current operating models, identify improvement opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations.\nFacilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and customer. engagements to align teams around transformation objectives.\nDesign and implement culture and behavioural change initiatives that support business strategy.\nEmbed customer-centric thinking into transformation activities and decision-making processes.\nDevelop and implement employee engagement strategies to support adoption and minimise resistance to change.\nBuild strong relationships with customers at all levels and influence outcomes without direct authority.\nConduct leadership assessments and provide guidance to leaders navigating organisational change.\nApply established change management methodologies to ensure successful implementation of transformation initiatives.\nAddress workforce concerns and support leaders in leading organisational impacts effectively.\nChip in to organisational design and development activities, helping create effective and sustainable structures.\nLeverage knowledge of BP's business environment to tailor transformation approaches and maximise impact.\nSupport strategic planning by providing insights, recommendations, and lessons learned from transformation programmes.\nDevelop reporting and performance metrics using Excel and other tools to track transformation progress and outcomes.\nCrucial Experience & Qualifications\nValidated experience leading large-scale business transformation, organisational change, or enterprise improvement programmes.\nSolid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\nDemonstrable experience managing sophisticated customer groups and influencing senior leaders.\nStrong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.\nExperience designing and delivering culture change and employee engagement initiatives.\nKnowledge of change management methodologies and standard processes.\nUnderstanding of development, operating model design, and workforce transformation.\nAbility to work optimally in sophisticated, matrixed corporate environments.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience conducting leadership assessments and supporting leadership development initiatives.\nPrevious experience within a large multinational organisation undergoing significant transformation.\nConsulting background in transformation, strategy, organisational effectiveness, or change management.\nWhy Join Our Team?\nAt BP, we support our people to learn, grow, and do their best work in a diverse and challenging environment.
