We support a wide range of infrastructure, space planning, and facility modernization projects across Canada.\nKey Responsibilities\nParticipate in the development of space planning and workplace layout designs for various P&WC corporate facilities across Canada.\nLead workplace planning workshops with employees to develop new layouts, taking into consideration workflow efficiency, ergonomics, health and safety requirements, and user needs.\nAct as the primary point of contact with the client for space planning projects and ensure client satisfaction throughout project delivery.\nPrepare design drawings and construction layouts using AutoCAD.\nDevelop construction cost estimates.\nCoordinate project execution with the client and contractors.\nPerform site surveys of existing conditions and conduct site visits during the construction phase.\nPrepare various project documents, including reports, site instructions, tender documents, addenda, and directives.\nEnsure the quality and accuracy of all deliverables issued to clients.\nCoordinate with BPA professionals, client representatives, and external consultants across multiple disciplines.\nProvide technical support during construction and project implementation.\nDesired Profile\nDiploma in Interior Design or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\nOne to three years of experience in a related field.\nStrong proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.\nProficiency with AutoCAD.\nSelf-motivated, practical, and client-focused.\nStrong teamwork skills with a keen attention to detail and
