Ontario.\n\nYour daily impact\nLead the design, engineering, and technical oversight of building mechanical systems throughout the project lifecycle.\nDesign and prepare documentation for HVAC, plumbing, hydronic, fire protection, and related systems.\nProvide technical leadership, risk-management support, and direction to project managers and teams.\nCoordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and specialty disciplines.\nSupport project planning, budgets, schedules, quality control, site reviews, construction administration, RFIs, shop drawings, and commissioning.\nEnsure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.\nBuild client and industry relationships, identify opportunities, and support proposals, presentations, interviews, and fee negotiations across Southwestern Ontario.\nPartner with regional leadership to grow the Southwestern Ontario market and strengthen the firm’s local presence.\nMentor junior staff, share technical expertise, and foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial, client-focused culture.\n\nYour profile\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.\nProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario.\n5 + years of experience in building mechanical engineering consulting.\nStrong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, hydronic, central plant, and energy-efficient building systems.\nProven experience leading multidisciplinary projects.\nEstablished professional network within Southwestern Ontario.\nDemonstrated ability to develop client relationships and identify business opportunities.\nExperience working with institutional, healthcare, commercial, industrial, or public-sector clients.\nProficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and industry-standard engineering software.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and collaboration
