designation is considered an asset).\n5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or Strategic Recruitment.\nBilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.*\nExperience supporting multiple business units or geographically dispersed teams.\nDemonstrated expertise in proactive sourcing, headhunting and relationship management.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to influence and advise leaders.\nExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and other recruitment technologies.\nExcellent communication, relationship-building and
