occasion\nResponsibilities:\nResponsible for day-to-day planning and execution of multiple client engagements throughout the year.\nManage associate through supervisor level professionals and delegate engagement responsibilities.\nResponsible for communicating and resolving all issues that arise during the audit engagement with the support of the engagement manager.\nTake the initiative to be a trusted leader within the Firm.\nDevelop and execute audit strategy from planning to reporting.\nDevelop and maintain client relationships, thus driving client satisfaction.\nResearch, understand and apply complex accounting concepts and auditing procedures.\nDevelop, motivate, and mentor associates by providing training, regular feedback and career guidance while fostering a team environment.\nEngage in various community activities to enhance the Firm’s brand within the North Bay.\nRequirements:\nLicensed CPA.\nBS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\n5+ years’ experience in public accounting in a variety of industries including Consumer Products, Wine/Vineyard, Agriculture, and other similar industries preferred.\nExperience auditing complex accounts like inventory, farming and manufacturing activities, revenue, equity / stock options, etc.\nDemonstrated leadership/supervisor experience.\nProven collaborator and inclusive communicator with colleagues and clients\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nStrong desire to continuously learn.\nCompetently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations.\nAbility to synthesize all forms of research into clear, thoughtful, actionable deliverables.\nUnderstands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and implements pragmatic
