the occasion\nResponsibilities:\nOversee day-to-day fund accounting and administration \nMaintain capital accounts, allocations, and detailed investor activity tracking\nPrepare capital calls, distributions, and supporting schedules\nPrepare and review quarterly and annual fund financial statements in accordance with US GAAP\nTrack portfolio investments, financing, and related activity\nReview NAV calculations and supporting schedules prepared by internal teams or third-party administrators\nSupport investor reporting and deliverables \nCoordinate audit and tax processes, including support, documentation, and issue resolution\nPartner with external auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators\nSupport AML/KYC requirements and maintain accurate investor records Review work prepared by junior team members and/or fund administrators to ensure accuracy and timeliness\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance\n5+ years of experience in public accounting, fund administration, or fund accounting\n2+ years of private equity and/or venture capital fund experience\nCPA preferred (active or in progress)\nStrong working knowledge of partnership accounting and capital accounts\nExperience supporting fund audits and tax processes\nExperience with fund accounting systems and advanced Excel skills\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and
