The primary purpose of this team is to support BPM’s Tax Directors and Managing Directors,while partner administrative support remainsin the U.S. This is a hands-on player / coach role overseeing Tax Administration Associates, not a pure people-management role. Reporting directly to the Tax Admin Leader, this role is responsible forworkflow coordination, quality assurance, resource management, onboarding, training, and service delivery. The Supervisor partners closely with U.S.-based Tax Administration leadership to provide consistent, timely, and high-quality support to the Tax Practice.\nTeam Leadership & Supervision\nDirectly supervise, coach, and support a team of Tax Administration Associates.\n\nWork as a hands-on player / coach by jumping in on coverage, escalations, training, and peak-period support as needed.\n\nAssign each Associate witha defined portfolio of Directors and Managing Directors andkeep cross-training and backup coverage in place across the team.\n\nAssign, prioritize, and distribute work to meet service expectations and deadlines.\n\nMonitor workload, capacity, utilization, schedules, and backup coverage across the team.\n\nProvide regular feedback, guidance, and development support to team members.\n\nPromote a collaborative, accountable, and service-focused team environment.\n\nOperational Management & Quality\nReview completed work for accuracy, quality, timeliness, and adherence to standard operating procedures.\n\nTrack productivity, turnaround times, service metrics, and workload trends.\n\nIdentify workflow risks, capacity concerns, and service issues, and escalate when appropriate.\n\nServe as the first point of escalation for operational, workload, quality, and service-related matters.\n\nSupport process improvements, documentation updates, and adoption of new tools and technology.\n\nTraining & Stakeholder Support\nCoordinate onboarding, training, and cross-training for new and existing team members.\n\nIdentify skill gaps and recommend training or development opportunities.\n\nServe as the primary operational liaison between the Buenos Aires team and the Tax Admin Leader.\n\nCommunicate priorities, deadlines, workload changes, and recurring concerns clearly and promptly.\n\nSupport Managing Director and Director services, tax engagement administration, and other approved Tax Administration work, stepping in directly when the team needs help.\n\nCompliance & Confidentiality\nEnsure compliance with BPM information security, confidentiality, privacy, and document-handling standards.\n\nReinforce proper handling, storage, and transmission of client and firm information.\n\nMaintain accurate operational documentation and support audit or compliance needs.\n\nQualifications\nPrevious experience supervising or leading an administrative, operational, shared services, or professional support team.\n\nStrong organizational, prioritization, coaching, and workload management skills.\n\nHands-on, player / coach leadership style, comfortable stepping in to support the team during busy periods.\n\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\n\nAbility to anticipateneeds, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong attention to detail, sound judgment, and commitment to service quality.\n\nExperience in professional services, accounting, tax, legal, or consulting is
