Our Attract, Recruit Onboard team is looking for an enthusiastic student to help shape the recruitment of new talent within our organization. Writing and publishing job ads: You’ll work with our templates but add your own personal twist - creativity and copywriting skills on point.
Spotting potential: CV screening: Finding the right match quickly? You’ve got the knack for it. Phone screening: You call candidates for an initial chat - a friendly conversation to get a feel for who might fit in our team.
HR interviews via Teams: You join the digital interviews and help assess candidates. Providing feedback: You give candidates honest, constructive feedback by phone. Direct, open, and clear - just the way we like it.
Administrative follow-up: You keep everything organized - from test results to schedules, you’re our administrative hero. Supporting the Assessment Days for trainees: You make sure everything runs smoothly and that procedures are followed - perfectly organized, yet relaxed. You also share your input during the evaluation stage: together with the team, you give your opinion on the candidates.
