analytics solutions across the two organisations, supporting the integration of data, reporting structures and business requirements into a consistent Power BI environment.\nProject details\nStart: responsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports\n\nTranslate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytical solutions\n\nSupport the integration and harmonisation of reporting across two merging organisations\n\nWork with multiple data sources and ensure consistency and quality of reporting data\n\nBuild and optimise data models, measures and calculations\n\nDevelop solutions using Power Query and DAX\n\nAnalyse existing reports and identify opportunities for consolidation or improvement\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, data teams and other technical teams involved in the integration programme\n\nTroubleshoot performance and data-quality issues\n\nSupport the transition towards a common reporting landscape\n\nRequired experience\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI\n\nVery good knowledge of DAX, Power Query and data modelling\n\nExperience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources\n\nGood understanding of data transformation and reporting architecture\n\nExperience working with complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions\n\nAbility to work independently in a dynamic project environment\n\nStrong communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders\n\nFluent English\n\nNice to have\nPrevious experience in large-scale integration programmes\n\nExperience consolidating reporting environments from different organisations\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Azure / Fabric / SQL or related Microsoft data technologies\n\nExperience working in large international
