We are not looking for a purely administrative PMO profile - the role requires hands-on coordination of interfaces, dependencies, testing, defects and communication across multiple technical and functional teams.\nAbout the project\nThe project involves the implementation of a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) solution for a large FMCG organisation operating in Mexico.\nThe platform supports areas such as trade promotions, commercial terms, pricing and trade investment planning and settlement.\nA significant part of the programme is the integration layer connecting the RGM solution with:\nSAP ECC / S/4HANA\n\ncustomer and product master data\n\nhierarchies and pricing conditions\n\norders and invoices\n\npromotion accruals and settlements\n\nCRM and distributor systems\n\nsell-out and market data sources\n\ndata warehouse and reporting solutions\n\nThe project is already underway, so you will be joining an established international team and taking over an existing integration backlog, interface register, documentation and open dependencies, rather than building the process from scratch.\nThe planned go-live is in Q2 2027, followed by approximately three months of hypercare, with a possibility of further extension.\nYour responsibilities\nYou will coordinate the integration workstream and ensure smooth collaboration between business, functional and technical teams.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nmaintaining and coordinating the interface register and integration dependencies\n\ntracking actions, owners, deadlines and open topics across teams\n\ncoordinating activities between SAP, RGM and other technical teams\n\nsupporting the planning and coordination of SIT and UAT\n\ntracking defects and coordinating their resolution across relevant teams\n\nmonitoring the integration backlog and project dependencies\n\npreparing status updates and highlighting risks, blockers and delays\n\nsupporting effective communication across a geographically distributed, multi-vendor project environment\n\nWhat we're looking for\nAt least 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO or Junior Project Manager in IT projects\n\nPractical experience in integration projects, including coordination of interfaces and dependencies between systems\n\nGood understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration environments\n\nFamiliarity with concepts and technologies such as IDoc, APIs and middleware\n\nExperience coordinating SIT/UAT testing and defect management\n\nVery good command of English -
