We are looking for a person who can go beyond requirements gathering and understand KPI logic, data quality, source systems, reporting needs and the business context behind analytical solutions.\nScope of the role\nDepending on the specific workstream, your responsibilities may include:\nleading discovery sessions and business workshops,\ngathering and analysing business, functional and reporting requirements,\ndefining KPIs, business rules and acceptance criteria,\nanalysing existing reports, dashboards and business information needs,\nsupporting the design and development of BI solutions,\nanalysing data sources, data quality and potential data gaps,\nsupporting data cleansing, reconciliation and validation activities,\ntranslating business needs into clear requirements for technical teams,\ncollaborating with BI, Data, IT and Product teams,\npreparing and coordinating UAT,\nanalysing data discrepancies and supporting issue resolution,\nsupporting rollout and adoption of new solutions,\ncontributing to initiatives related to Pricing, Data Readiness and the use of AI in business processes.\nWhat we are looking for\nWe are particularly interested in candidates who combine Business Analysis experience with one or more of the following areas:\nTableau or other Business Intelligence tools,\nPricing / Revenue Management / Commercial Analytics,\nFinance / Financial Reporting / Controlling,\nData Analytics,\nData Quality / Data Readiness,\nKPI reporting,\nenterprise reporting transformation.\nMust-have\nexperience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Analyst or in a similar role within complex business and technology environments,\nstrong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management,\npractical experience with KPI reporting, analytics or data-driven decision support,\nworking knowledge of SQL,\nexperience with UAT and collaboration with technical teams,\nvery good English.\nCandidates with Tableau experience or practical exposure to Pricing or Finance will be particularly relevant for this role.\nWe do not expect one person to be an expert in all three areas. However, profiles without both BI/Tableau exposure and Pricing/Finance experience are likely to be less aligned with the seniority and business context of the role.\nNice to have\nTableau,\nPower BI,\nSAP BusinessObjects,\nSAP BW,\ndbt,\nOracle or other relational databases,\nexperience working with multiple data sources,\ndata reconciliation and harmonisation,\nexperience reviewing reporting portfolios,\nidentifying duplicate or unused reports,\nreporting standardisation or decommissioning,\nexposure to AI / GenAI / AI-assisted analytics,\nexperience in international transformation
