travel may be required\nEngagement: long-term\nEnvironment: global, cross-functional transformation program\nKey responsibilities\nDesign complex components of the target SAP PLM solution supporting global R&D and product development processes.\nProvide solution architecture across areas such as formulation, ingredient and packaging specifications, MBOM, artwork and labeling.\nLead key functional and solution architecture decisions in collaboration with R&D, business and technology teams.\nWork closely with the global System Integrator to define and validate fit-for-purpose solution designs.\nReview proposed designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.\nIdentify and manage dependencies between SAP PLM and other enterprise systems and transformation initiatives.\nCollaborate with SAP experts, technical architects and functional teams where required.\nEnsure local and global process requirements are appropriately reflected in the solution.\nReview System Integrator deliverables and ensure expected design and quality standards are met.\nSupport deployment teams in implementing the designed solution across regions.\nWork with global stakeholders across business, R&D and technology functions.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in SAP PLM and/or SAP-enabled R&D transformation projects.\nStrong hands-on understanding of SAP PLM capabilities and solution design.\nExperience designing complex SAP PLM solutions or components.\nStrong knowledge of R&D/product development processes and related data.\nExperience in areas such as specification management, formulation/recipe management, packaging, BOM/MBOM, artwork or labeling.\nAbility to translate complex business requirements into scalable solution architecture.\nExperience working with System Integrators and reviewing technical/functional designs.\nStrong stakeholder and vendor management skills.\nExperience working within complex global transformation programs.\nFluent English.\nNice to have\nExperience within FMCG, manufacturing or another product-centric industry.\nExperience with global SAP PLM deployments.\nBroader knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, master data and enterprise integration.\nProject/program management
