This role involves a range of responsibilities, including recruiting and onboarding activities, rolling out HR training, participation in program and policy initiatives, and general employee relations for the teams they support.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nEnsuring that business needs in matters of HR are met for the Operations teams in our facilities located in Hebron, KY and Denver, CO. \nOnboarding, assistance with benefits administration, employee leave, compensation, and other Human Resource duties for their region.\nLocal implementation of all HR programs, and policies.\nSupporting hiring managers with local recruitment efforts for new team members, such as job posting and advertising, reviewing resumes, and 1st line interview referrals of qualified candidates. \nAccurately collecting and entering employee information on Form I-9, ensuring compliance with E-Verify & SSA.\nBeing a resource to all employees - responsible for addressing employee concerns, answering inquiries, and resolving conflicts. This involves providing guidance on policies & fostering a positive work environment. \nUnder the guidance of the Compliance Director, conducting local interviews and research in all investigations - EEOC, Harassment, Ethics.\nResponsible for the preparation of Exit Documents for Terminations.\nEnsuring all compliance training courses are completed annually.\nInforming and educating people leaders about best practices in leading their employees. \nActing as a liaison between corporate HR functions and the business they support. \nAssisting corporate HR teams to roll out new programs and communications, and new HR policies and procedures. \nRequirements\nWho You Are:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. \nKnowledgeable/experienced with employment laws in Kentucky and Colorado\nMinimum 1 year experience as a Human Resources Generalist\nProfessional-level Verbal & Written Communication skills\nInterpersonal, problem-solving skills\nAttention to detail\nIntegrity, Honesty, Ethics, Confidentiality \nProficient with Microsoft Office \nWorking knowledge of HRIS\nProven Teamwork & Collaboration skills\nExtra Skills That Set You Apart:\n3 or more years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist.\nExperience working with Paylocity \nFluent (speaking, reading, writing) in both English and Spanish\nAs a team member at BR Printers, you’ll enjoy:\nPay commensurate with experience\nComprehensive benefits package including Medical & Dental coverage along with company paid life insurance, voluntary Vision, Life & Disability insurance \n401(k) with Company Match\nPaid time off (PTO)\nPaid Holidays\nLocation:\nOn-site at our plant in Hebron, KY, plus quarterly travel to Denver, CO.\nWe look forward to hearing from you!\nBR Printers, Inc. is committed to the principles of equal employment.
