The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of commissioning experience and previously demonstrated commissioning project management experience including technical, financial, project development (planning, staffing, client management, execution, reporting, closeout). Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to counsel clients and their project teams through the complex maze of the commissioning process, and the ability to secure and manage technical resources required to execute commissioning projects per plans, specifications, and project schedule is also necessary.\nPrior experience working with clients and projects in the following markets is a must:\nHealthcare;\nHigher Education;\nScience & Technology;\nTransportation;\nCritical Environments (data centers, laboratories, pharmacies, operating rooms, etc.).\nThe ideal candidates’ responsibilities will include:\nBusiness development, by prospecting for commissioning opportunities & new pursuits.\nEstimating fees, issuing proposals, closing business and executing the project;\nAssist in filling positions required to accomplish the work;\nDevelop, maintain and publish commissioning documents on commissioning software platforms and in project documentation systems such as Procore and Building Connected.\nManage resources to successfully execute new and existing business;\nComplete work backlog while managing to exceed client expectations.\nThe ability to travel frequently - about 25% of the time in- and out-of-state.\nBR+A is a place to learn, to grow, to work hard for clients that matter - and to be part of something bigger.
