The primary responsibilities of this role will be tofind, attract, and assist with hiring new employees for specific positions within our organization.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nConsults with HR Director, Sr HR Generalist and management to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).\nCollects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.\nConsults data, records and a variety of recruitment resources to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.\nRecruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for certain open positions\nFollows-up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.\nArranges meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants and company managers.\nProcesses candidates’ references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.\nGuides candidates on the interview and hiring process.\nOrganizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.\nMaintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations. \nPerforms other human resources related duties as assigned. \nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.\nExcellent interpersonal, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\nAbility to act with integrity and professionalism, and maintain confidentiality\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required.\nAt least five years of human resources or related experience required. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,ADP Workforce Now, and talent management systems strongly preferred. \nSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus.\nBR+A is a place to learn, to grow, to work hard for clients that matter - and to be part of something bigger.
