You'll take ownership of creative projects from concept through to delivery, helping to shape the visual identity of a leading independent law firm.\nWhat you'll be doing\nLeading the design and creation of engaging visual content across digital, print and social media channels.\n\nSupporting the development and delivery of firmwide brand campaigns.\n\nActing as a custodian of the Brabners brand, ensuring consistency across all communications.\n\nWorking alongside Senior Marketing Managers to create impactful campaign assets and creative concepts.\n\nCollaborating with the Digital team to develop engaging content for our online channels.\n\nCreating templates, presentations, reports and other branded materials for colleagues across the firm.\n\nManaging and developing the firm's image library and visual asset resources.\n\nBringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to every project.\n\nSupporting colleagues across marketing to maximise the value and reuse of creative assets.\n\nMonitoring design trends and identifying opportunities to enhance how we communicate and engage with our audiences.\n\nAbout you\nWe're looking for someone who combines creativity with an understanding of the role that great design plays in building a strong, distinctive and purpose-led brand.\nYou'll be a confident and experienced Graphic Designer, capable of managing multiple projects, building strong relationships with stakeholders and producing high-quality creative work that delivers real impact.\nYou'll ideally have\nDemonstrable experience in a Graphic Designer role, creating engaging content across a variety of channels.\n\nA strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, campaign development and high-quality design work.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.\n\nA strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, visual storytelling and design best practice.\n\nExperience developing creative assets for marketing campaigns and wider business initiatives.\n\nThe ability to act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence where appropriate.\n\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.\n\nExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest standard.\n\nKnowledge of print production processes and requirements.\n\nA collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across teams.\n\nA genuine passion for design, creativity and keeping up to date with emerging trends and best practice.\n\nAgencies: We are not accepting CVs for this role as we are aiming to fill it directly.
