THE ROLE & TEAM

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Programmes & Planning team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a visible role in shaping our brand, delivering impactful marketing activity and supporting the firm's continued growth. You'll join a collaborative and supportive team where your ideas are valued, your expertise is trusted and your work makes a real difference.

Reporting to a Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives that bring our three-year strategy to life. Working closely with specialists across digital, communications and events, you'll create and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns that strengthen our profile, showcase our expertise and support business development objectives.

As a key marketing partner to our lawyers and business services teams, you'll take ownership of marketing plans, provide expert advice and challenge thinking where appropriate to ensure activity aligns with firmwide priorities and delivers measurable impact. You'll lead campaigns from concept through to execution and evaluation, ensuring resources, budgets and timelines are effectively managed.

This is a varied role that combines strategic thinking, stakeholder management and hands-on delivery, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the firm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies, plans and integrated campaigns aligned to firmwide, sector and practice group objectives.

  • Act as a trusted marketing adviser to lawyers, business development colleagues and senior stakeholders across the firm.

  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, client communications, thought leadership campaigns and email marketing activity.

  • Brief and manage external agencies, designers and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery and value for money.

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all activity aligns with Brabners' brand, values and tone of voice.

  • Lead the planning and promotion of events, webinars and client engagement activities.

  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines and project plans, ensuring activity is delivered effectively and on schedule.

  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, using insights and data to optimise future activity.

  • Identify opportunities to raise the profile of the firm, its people and its expertise across key markets and sectors.

  • Support and mentor junior members of the team where appropriate, helping to share knowledge and develop capability across the function.

  • Contribute to wider marketing and business development projects that support the firm's strategic objectives.

ABOUT YOU

  • Significant experience in a marketing role, ideally within legal, professional services or another B2B environment.

  • Proven experience developing and delivering strategic marketing plans and integrated campaigns.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels, including senior leadership.

  • Experience managing multiple projects, competing priorities and budgets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

  • A collaborative and proactive approach, combined with strong commercial awareness.

  • Experience managing external suppliers, agencies and creative partners.

  • The confidence to challenge constructively, influence outcomes and drive marketing best practice across the business.

  • A passion for delivering high-quality marketing that supports business growth, strengthens client relationships and enhances brand reputation.
