The role involves managing accounting systems, financial transactions, budgets, donor reporting, bank reconciliations, and grant compliance while ensuring adherence to accounting standards, organizational policies, and Mastercard Foundation requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:Monitor cash and bank transactions and ensure accurate financial records.\nProcess daily financial transactions using the SBI CLOUD ERP system.\nPrepare monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.\nMonitor accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.\nPrepare payments, bank transfers, cash withdrawals, and advance clearances.\nEnsure timely remittance of statutory deductions, including withholding tax.\nReview accounting documents and maintain accurate books of accounts.\nPrepare donor financial reports, fund requests, budgets, and proposals.\nMonitor foreign currency transactions and report foreign exchange gains and losses.\nMonitor expenditure against approved budgets and Mastercard Foundation grant requirements.\nMaintain financial documents and records for audits.\nSupport financial training and provide guidance to program teams.\nCoordinate with banks, suppliers, consultants, staff, and field offices.\nPromote financial accountability, safeguarding, and compliance with organizational policies.\nQualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably in Finance or Accounting.\nProfessional accounting qualification from a recognized institution.\nAt least 2 years of relevant work experience.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas and functions.\nKnowledge of financial controls, budget administration, and expenditure monitoring.\nUnderstanding of cash flow analysis, cost accounting, and financial forecasting.\nStrong analytical, data gathering, and financial reporting skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with different teams.\nDesirable Experience and Attributes:Experience working with an international or local NGO.\nAdditional professional qualifications in finance or accounting.\nHigh integrity, accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.\nStrong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to solve problems and work effectively in a dynamic
