The role involves driving DevOps best practices, containerization and orchestration initiatives, infrastructure automation, system reliability, and cloud security while mentoring engineers and supporting high-availability production environments.\nDepartment:\nEngineering\nEmployment Type:\nFull-time\nExperience:\n6+ Years\nWorkplace Type:\nOn-site\nNumber of Vacancies:\n1\nLocation:\nDhaka\nDeadline:\n15 October 2026\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and manage scalable and secure DevOps pipelines using industry-standard CI/CD tools.\nLead containerization efforts using Docker, Kubernetes, and other orchestration tools.\nEnsure availability, performance, security of cloud infrastructure and maintain and optimize Linux-based systems and services.\nReview code, ensure best practices are followed, and drive continuous improvement in development processes.\nEnsure availability, performance, security of infrastructure and mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers within the team.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and monitoring through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.\nImplement and enforce best practices for system reliability, observability, and disaster recovery.\nLead incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues.\nEvaluate and recommend new tools/technologies for performance and cost optimization.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nTechnical Skills\nBSc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or equivalent.\n6+ years in DevOps or infrastructure roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.\nProficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).\nExpertise in Linux system administration and shell scripting.\nSolid understanding of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).\nStrong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and other container orchestration platforms.
