core infrastructure.\nPlan capacity upgrades and infrastructure modernization roadmaps.\nCollaborate closely with DevOps, Security, and Application teams on shared infrastructure initiatives.\nAct as the escalation point for critical infrastructure incidents.\nDevOps & Platform Management\nAdminister on-premises GitLab and Harbor Container Registry, including RBAC, vulnerability scanning, and lifecycle management.\nOptimize CI/CD pipelines and build runners for performance and reliability.\nCore Infrastructure & Data-Center Operations\nManage day-to-day data center operations, including server installation, hardware setup, racking, cabling, and physical environment maintenance\nAdminister and troubleshoot virtualized environments using VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.\nOversee on-premises and cloud environments - Linux and Windows Server - for performance, uptime, and system health.\nManage platforms including GitLab, GitHub, Jira, Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365; administer Office 365 services and the SMTP server.\nMonitor and optimize system performance using tools such as Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.\nOversee backup solutions (Veeam, NAS, Azure Cloud) and ensure business continuity across virtualization platforms.\nDrive automation of system administration tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible.\nEnforce security policies across all systems, including OS hardening and patch management.\nAssist with investigation and remediation of cybersecurity incidents.\nNetwork & Security\nManage enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto, FortiGate).\nPerform offensive security hardening, attack surface reduction, and regular firewall rule audits.\nManage SSL certificate lifecycles and lead security assessments and vulnerability remediation planning.\nIdentity & Endpoint\nManage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) for patching and compliance across the device fleet.\nAdminister Hybrid Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID), including group policies and identity governance.\nContainerization & Orchestration\nDocker: Experienced in containerization and managing containerized applications in production.\nKubernetes: Good to experience in Kubernetes\nCompliance\nParticipate in and lead system teams through ISO 27001:2013, ISO 9001, and CMMI Level 3 certification audits.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nExperience & Qualifications\nExperience: Minimum 10 years in a relevant system/infrastructure engineering role, including team leadership.\n Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science &
