The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to create engaging visual content for digital marketing, branding, and B2B business communication.\nCandidates with experience working in IT companies or B2B organizations will be preferred.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign creative graphics, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.\nCreate visual content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing activities.\nEdit videos and create engaging promotional videos, short-form videos, and motion graphics.\nUse Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create and edit visual assets.\nWork with Adobe InDesign to design brochures, company profiles, and other marketing collateral.\nUse Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.\nMaintain brand consistency across all design materials.\nCollaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to understand design requirements.\nConvert business requirements and creative briefs into visually appealing designs.\nManage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.\nIncorporate feedback and make revisions based on stakeholder requirements.\nMaintain organized design files and creative assets.\nRequired Skills\nHands-on experience in graphic design and video editing.\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.\nExperience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.\nKnowledge of layouts, typography, color combinations, visual hierarchy, and branding.\nAbility to create digital marketing creatives and promotional content.\nCreativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nIndustry Requirements\nExperience in an IT company or B2B organization is required/preferred as per the hiring team's criteria.\nUnderstanding of corporate branding, technology-related marketing content, and B2B communication is an advantage.\nCandidates should be comfortable working from the Hyderabad office five days a
