You’ll take ambiguous problems, figure out what matters, bring the right people together, and follow through until the outcome is real.\nThe scope is broad: hiring, production follow-through, customer and developer programs, launches, investor communication, and finance and administrative coordination. You’ll build simple systems that help a small team move faster.\nWhat you’ll do\nTurn founder priorities into clear plans, owners, decisions, and completed projects.\n\nKeep a useful operating cadence for priorities, blockers, metrics, and follow-through.\n\nImprove hiring execution across sourcing, candidate communication, interviews, work trials, and Ashby.\n\nCoordinate supplier, procurement, logistics, finance, administrative, and office workflows.\n\nDrive customer pilots, developer programs, hackathons, partnerships, and launch projects.\n\nWrite clear investor updates, customer follow-ups, internal briefs, and decision memos.\n\nTurn scattered information into practical trackers and documentation the team actually uses.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nEvidence that you can take an ambiguous, cross-functional problem through to completion.\n\nClear writing, strong judgment, and careful follow-through.\n\nAbility to move between company priorities and the operational details needed to deliver them.\n\nCuriosity about hardware, software, suppliers, and customers, with the ability to learn quickly.\n\nHigh ownership, low ego, and comfort working in a small team with changing priorities.\n\nNice to have\nExperience in an early-stage company or working directly with a founder.\n\nExperience with hiring, hardware operations, customer programs, or company finance and administration.\n\nExamples of simple operating systems you built that helped a team execute better.\n\nImportant notes\nYou’ll work directly with the CEO and across the company.\n\nThe role includes strategy, communication, coordination, and hands-on operational follow-through.\n\nSuccess means better decisions, faster execution, and fewer dropped commitments.\n\nCompensation and how to apply\nCompetitive cash and meaningful equity for an early founding role.
