This opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion, making it a great chance to join a supportive team and contribute to a critical part of our supply chain operations.\nAbout the role\nReporting to the Logistics Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring accurate inventory management and on-time product dispatch. You'll work closely with internal teams, freight providers and customers to support efficient warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy and service.\nWith a strong focus on Customer Centricity, you'll help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. You'll demonstrate Innovation by identifying opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse processes, while embracing a One Team approach through collaboration with your colleagues across warehousing, logistics and customer-facing teams.\nKey responsibilities include:\nCoordinating outbound freight and dispatch activities from the Port of Brisbane facility\nSupporting inventory control activities, including stock counts, discrepancy investigations and stock reconciliations\nMaintaining accurate inventory and warehouse records using business systems\nEnsuring products are packaged and dispatched in accordance with Bradken's Freight Policy\nAssisting with receipting inbound goods and daily invoicing requirements\nSupporting a safe, efficient and well-organised warehouse environment\nParticipating in stock takes, toolbox meetings and continuous improvement activities\nWhat you’ll bring:\nYou are a safety-focused warehouse professional who takes pride in accuracy, reliability and customer service. You enjoy working in a hands-on environment and can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.\nYou will bring:\nA current Forklift Licence\n Year 12 completion\n Certificate II in Transport, Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing or a related discipline (desirable)\nExperience in a warehouse, dispatch, inventory or logistics environment\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills\nExperience with inventory control and stock management processes\nThe ability to follow documented procedures and work safely at all times\n Strong written and verbal communication skills\nThe physical capability to work on your feet and safely lift up to 20kg\nThis role is based in Port of Brisbane, QLD\n Please note: Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where this role is based.
