Payable specialists, including goal setting, coaching, performance management, and ongoing development.\nOversee daily Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, approvals, escalations, queue management, and reporting.\nMonitor team performance through key performance indicators and service level expectations, using data to manage workload balancing, improve productivity, and drive accountability.\nSupport a scalable and well-controlled invoice processing environment, including invoice receipt, compliance validation, workflow management, and exception resolution.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across Accounts Payable processes, including automation, workflow enhancements, and opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.\nEnsure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and SOX compliance standards, including segregation of duties, approval controls, and process documentation.\nSupport internal and external audits, year-end activities, and other reporting requirements related to Accounts Payable operations.\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from a four-year college or university\n5+ years in Accounts Payable or Shared Services with 2+ years leading teams.\nDemonstrated experience managing Accounts Payable operations in a high-volume, service-oriented environment\nStrong knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes including invoice processing, supplier maintenance, payments and issue resolution\nExperience with ERP platforms and Accounts Payable technologies including workflow and automation tools.\nKnowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance, audit requirements, and standard AP control practices.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills, with the ability to use metrics and reporting to drive decisions and improve team performance.\nCustomer service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the
