This organization specializes in designing, programming, integrating, and supporting turnkey robotic automation systems for manufacturers across a variety of industries.\nWe are seeking an Automation / Robotics Engineer I who is early in their engineering career and eager to develop their technical skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to the full lifecycle of robotic system development.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of PLCs and industrial robotics who wants to continue learning, take on increasing responsibility, and grow with an expanding organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram, configure, and troubleshoot industrial robotic systems for a variety of manufacturing applications.\nDevelop robotic cell layouts, perform reach studies, and create simulations using robot OEM software.\nCollaborate with Controls Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Assembly teams throughout system development and integration.\nParticipate in equipment installation, startup, testing, and commissioning at customer facilities.\nSupport hands-on mechanical assembly, fabrication, and troubleshooting activities as needed.\nProvide technical support and service to customers in the field.\nGain exposure to diverse automation projects involving robotic palletizing, case packing, material handling, welding, and more.\nQualifications\n2+ years of experience or relevant hands-on exposure to industrial automation, PLC programming, robotics programming, or systems integration.\nFamiliarity with industrial robotic platforms such as FANUC, Yaskawa, ABB, KUKA, or Kawasaki.\nExposure to PLC programming;
