Ideal Candidate
3-5+ years of industrial experience with hands-on commissioning, start-up, or plant operations experience.
Background in renewable energy, biogas/RNG, wastewater treatment, waste-to-energy, power generation, chemical/process plants, or similar industrial facilities.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, and automation systems.
Experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, loop checks, I/O testing, and functional testing.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, electrical drawings, and control schematics.
Strong field troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently in an active construction/start-up environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred; equivalent technical education and relevant commissioning experience considered.
Ability to travel to project sites throughout North America.
