billing, account reconciliations, and financial close processes.\nPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.\nEnsure financial reporting is completed in accordance with GAAP, company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.\nOversee intercompany transactions.\nEstablish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, documentation, and financial reporting standards.\nCoordinate the annual external audit.\nLead annual budgeting and forecasting processes\nMonitor financial and operational performance.\nPerform financial analysis, modeling, and scenario planning to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and potential business impacts.\nSupport cash-flow visibility and working-capital management, including receivables, payables, credit, and related financial processes.\nRecommend corrective actions and improvement opportunities when financial or operational performance deviates from expectations.\nEnsure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local financial reporting and tax requirements.\nCoordinate sales, property, and other applicable tax filings in partnership with internal or external resources.\nProvide financial leadership for the implementation, optimization, and administration of ERP, accounting, reporting, and related business systems.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an accounting concentration, or a closely related field.\nSignificant progressive experience in accounting and financial leadership.\nDemonstrated experience leading financial close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audit coordination, and financial analysis.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertified Public Accountant designation or comparable professional certification.\nTen or more years of progressive accounting and finance experience.\nPrevious experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Corporate Controller, Director of Accounting, or in a position with comparable responsibilities.\nExperience with multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, eliminations, or consolidations.\nExperience implementing, integrating, or optimizing ERP and financial reporting systems.\nExperience supporting mergers, acquisitions, financial due diligence, or post-acquisition
