This individual should have a positive attitude and be able to grow their skill set while in the position.\nResponsibilities\nProcess high-volume deductions, identify process issues, and escalate concerns to management with recommended action plans\nProvide portfolio updates on open issues\nDocument work accurately in the system to maintain visibility across the AR team\nWork on customer deductions to maximize repayment and on-time disputes.\nAcquire deduction backup from various sources (email, customer website, and mail)\nDetermine validity of deductions according to established guidelines\nDispute invalid deductions with the customer within customer deadlines\nPerform research on reoccurring deductions, identify trends, and help determine root causes.\nRecommend solutions to prevent deductions from continuing\nEnsure deductions workload is prioritized by vendor portal deadline.\nAssist in gathering and compiling documents as requested in yearly audits\nCommunicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and internal business partners\nBuild and maintain effective customer relationships to resolve discrepancies\nAd-Hoc requests as assigned by Management\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.\n2+ years of Accounts Receivable, Deduction Management, Collection, or customer claims experience\nWorking knowledge of deduction processing with big box stores a plus\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel Skills), NetSuite, and High Radius\nKnowledge of warehouse pick, stage, load and shipping processes\nHighly organized with a keen eye for detail; able to prioritize multiple responsibilities, adapt to interruptions, and consistently deliver accurate work within established deadlines.\nDaily contact requires courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be flexible to change\nAbility to comply with all company policies and procedures\nPay and Benefits:\nUS$25.00 - US$27.00 Hourly\nFinal compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
