# Senior Project Manager

As a founding member of our rapidly evolving Project Management team, you will provide end-to-end ownership of complex, high-impact new product development (NPD) programs. You will lead multiple cross-functional teams through the NPD process from concept to retail launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on cost, and on spec. Because our PMO is a newly established function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our operational standards, creating deep and meaningful partnerships companywide, and demonstrating project management’s strategic value. You serve as a strategic partner, facilitator, and escalation point-driving alignment at leadership levels, navigating high ambiguity, and setting the standard for execution excellence.
