The major function of this role is to interact with and support the assigned Project Managers in the day-to-day tasks involved in development, pricing, planning and execution of projects.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:\nRequires attention to details and the ability to work at a fast pace to meet deadlines.\nHelps to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverable.\nPrepares project close document at projects completion.\nIs responsible for creating project schedule as needed.\nHandles take-off of drawings\nOversees the submittal review and approval process.\nManages multiple tasks and follow up with both internal and external customers.\nCreates operation and maintenance manuals for Security PM’s.\nAssents PM’s in getting pricing for all material, equipment, and subcontractors.\nWorks with PM to ensure all materials and equipment have been ordered and is scheduled to arrive prior to scheduling project start date.\nPulls all permits prior to starting project and schedules all inspection after project completion.\nAssists with communication to vendors, subcontractors, field personnel, and customers.\nSchedules meetings for projects and project updates.\nPossesses working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications.\nFamiliarity with the operation of Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intercoms, and Burglar Alarm Systems\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, legal regulations, and recommended best practices.\nCollaborate with all Associates to uphold the company’s mission and values.\nMust be able to work overtime/weekends as required.\nTravel up to 40% of the time.\nSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:\nOne-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school\n3+ years of related experience\nProficiency with computer devices (including laptops and smart phones) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Apple iOS software\nFamiliarity with the operation of various low-voltage systems\nAbility to pass drug screening\nAbility to prove US employment eligibility\nMust possess a valid driver’s license\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE:\nThe physical demands and environmental exposure described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
