Must be able to perform work based on state and local codes\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. \nMust have experience in installing all types of conduits\nPerform the installation of conduit, wire, cable, equipment, components, and devices associated with energy management systems. Install and mount electric/electronic control devices, panels, sensors, and components. Coordinates with or advises supervision about the requirements for material and supplies. Provides input and assists with the preparation of as-built drawings. Provides evaluation feedback to management regarding helpers/ apprentices\nInstall Comm links\nAddressing VAV Boxes\nFollow verbal and written instructions, read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications used in installation activities\nSelect proper size wire and conduit for wiring equipment\nMust have experience in wiring all types of HVAC equipment\nLearn basic HVAC controls\nSelect the type of appropriate installation material such as supports/hangers \nAssists other team members with job duties as necessary\nCoordinate the installation activities with other trades at the work location to optimize installation time\nSupervise and lead others\nTravel to customer locations\nFlexibility to work weekends and/or evenings as necessary\nTravel and Overnight stay out of town is required\n\nTEAMWORK:\nDemonstrate and promote a spirit of cooperation and teamwork throughout the Company\nContinually look for ways to improve our processes and ability to serve our customers effectively\nImprove personal performance continually\n\nCUSTOMER SERVICE:\nProvide responsive, professional and diplomatic customer service\nAnswer customer calls and correspondence quickly and pleasantly\nCommunicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner\nPerform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships\nImmediately address any customer’s concern and requests the involvement of other Company personnel as required\nSAFETY:\nFollow all company safety programs and report any non-compliance to your Team Leader\nNotify Team Leader or Safety Manager of any unsafe conditions\nProper PPE equipment must be used at all times when necessary\nReport all accidents and injuries to your Team Leader and HR immediately\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervises field employees in the Controls Electrical Installation department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities following the organization's policies and applicable laws.
