The Senior Project Manager serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, clients, contractors, and internal departments while driving operational excellence and maximizing project profitability.\nEssential Responsibilities\nLead and manage multiple construction and capital improvement projects simultaneously from pre-construction through project closeout.\nProvide strategic oversight of project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, risk management, and resource allocation.\nDevelop, monitor, and maintain detailed project timelines to ensure all milestones and company-established completion dates are achieved.\nPrepare, manage, and forecast project budgets, ensuring cost controls and profitability objectives are consistently met.\nNegotiate, review, and administer contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and consultants.\nDirect the procurement process utilizing competitive bidding strategies to secure quality materials and services while maximizing cost efficiencies.\nInterpret and evaluate blueprints, architectural drawings, engineering documents, specifications, and project proposals to ensure compliance with design intent and company standards.\nConduct regular project site inspections to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and adherence to project schedules.\nLead project meetings with internal stakeholders, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to proactively resolve issues and maintain project momentum.\nOversee project documentation, change orders, requests for information (RFIs), submittals, and project records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.\nSupervise, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Maintenance Technicians, and field personnel assigned to projects while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, municipal officials, and internal leadership.\nIdentify project risks early and implement proactive solutions to minimize schedule delays, budget impacts, and operational disruptions.\nProvide executive leadership with regular project status reports, financial updates, forecasts, and recommendations for strategic decision-making.\nEnsure compliance with all company policies, applicable building codes, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.\nMake independent decisions with minimal supervision while effectively managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nQualifications\nExtensive knowledge of commercial and residential construction management practices.\nComprehensive understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, structural systems, and general construction trades.\nProven ability to lead multiple large-scale projects while maintaining exceptional quality, schedule, and budget performance.\nStrong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and contract administration.\nExcellent leadership, organizational, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.\nExceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.\nDemonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.\nHigh level of professionalism, diplomacy, and customer service orientation.\nEducation & Experience\nHigh School Diploma required;
