As a member of our fullstack engineering team, you’ll shape\ncore infrastructure, set best practices, communicate with stakeholders and mentor your\npeers.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement scalable backend architectures for AI-powered creative tools and workflows.\nBuild high-performance APIs and microservices that handle generative AI inference/training and video/audio processing.\nDesign and implement user interfaces that make complex generative AI capabilities intuitive and accessible.\nDevelop robust data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and storing large-scale media content.\nDesign and maintain database schemas, caching layers, and data storage solutions for multimedia content.\nBuild authentication, authorisation, and security systems for enterprise-grade applications.\nOptimise backend performance for low-latency AI inference and high-throughput media processing.\nIntegrate backend systems with ML training and inference pipelines.\nImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for production backend services.\nCollaborate with ML engineers to optimise model serving and deployment infrastructure.\nMust Haves\n5+ years of experience in fullstack software development.\nStrong expertise in server-side programming languages (we use Python).\nProven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices\narchitectures.\nProficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one major frontend\nframework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).\nDeep understanding of database design, optimisation, and management\n(PostgreSQL, Neo4j, Redis).\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code\n(Terraform).\nProficiency with containerisation and orchestration technologies (Docker,\nKubernetes).\nStrong knowledge of distributed systems, message queues, and event-driven\narchitectures.\nExperience with high-performance computing, parallel processing, and optimisation\ntechniques.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.\nUnderstanding of system design principles, scalability, and performance optimisation.\nExperience with caching strategies, load balancing, and CDN implementation.\nExperience with CSS frameworks and responsive design.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nNice to Have\nExperience with ML and/or computer vision frameworks like PyTorch, Numpy or\nOpenCV.\nKnowledge of ML model serving infrastructure (TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe,\nMLflow).\nKnowledge of WebGL, Canvas API, or other graphics programming technologies.\nFamiliarity with big data technologies (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop) and data engineering\npractices.\nBackground in computer graphics, media processing, or VFX pipeline development.\nExperience with performance profiling, system monitoring, and observability tools.\nUnderstanding of network protocols, security best practices, and compliance\nrequirements.\nOpen-source contributions or technical writing experience.\nEntrepreneurial mindset or experience working with startups or fast-paced teams.\nAbout BRAHMA AI:\nBRAHMA AI is the next generation of enterprise media technology formed through the integration of Prime Focus Technologies and Metaphysic.
