The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who can design, develop, and scale complex systems across the full stack, while ensuring automation, performance, and reliability in a cloud-native environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nArchitect and leadfrontend and full-stack development for a high-performance, cloud-hosted video streaming platform.\n\nDesign and implement scalable solutions using ReactJS, Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Python, and PHP.\n\nBuild and optimizestreaming workflows- HLS, DASH, WebRTC (low latency), adaptive bitrate, and CDN integrations.\n\nImplement test automation frameworksfor unit, integration, and end-to-end validation to maintainplatform quality.\n\nDrive CI/CD pipeline automation, ensuring smooth build, test, and deployment processes.\n\nManage Dockerizedand serverless deploymentsacross AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\nEnsure high availability, performance tuning, caching, observability, and scalability of core systems.\n\nMentorand guide engineering teams, conduct design/code reviews, and enforce best practices.\n\nRequired Skills\nMinimum 10 yearsof full-stack engineering experience, with a focus on large-scale or media-based platforms.\n\nProven experience in video streaming architectureand real-time media workflows.\n\nDeep expertisein ReactJS, Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Python, and PHP.\n\nStrong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test automation, DevOps, and cloud-native environments.\n\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, and serverless components.\n\nStrong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nDemonstrated leadershipin mentoring teams and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Next.js, micro-frontends, or Java-based backends.\n\nExposure to OTT, live streaming, and real-time media delivery.\n\nFamiliarity with AR/VR and 3D interactive experiences.\n\nKnowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), monitoringstacks(Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and observability tools.\n\nAbout the Role\nThis is a senior technical leadership position for someone who can architect, code, automate, and guide.
