As we begin to scale we are looking to enhance our Talent team with a talented and passionate Talent Partner who will support the business across a wide variety of needs.\nAbout the role\nAs a Talent Partner, you will play a crucial role in scaling our engineering, research, creative and technical teams. This is a full life-cycle talent acquisition position responsible for partnering directly with Hiring Managers to identify, attract, and hire world-class talent. As an early-stage startup, we move fast and innovate constantly; we are looking for a proactive, adaptable person who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, comfortable navigating shifting priorities with agility and enthusiasm.\nWhat you will do\nStrategic Business Partnership: Establish and maintain close partnerships with hiring managers to define technical requirements, and execute agile recruiting strategies that align with company growth goals.\nActive Sourcing & Headhunting: Independently source and engage high-caliber, passive candidates across AI/ML research, software engineering, platform infrastructure, and emerging tech using creative attraction strategies.\nFull Life-Cycle Candidate Management: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate presentation and technical screening through to offer negotiation and closing.\nCandidate & Hiring Manager Experience: Ensure a high-touch, seamless experience for candidates and internal teams alike, maintaining rapid responsiveness and clear expectations throughout.\nMarket & Competitor Intelligence: Stay up to date on trends within AI, Deep Tech, and related creative tech ecosystems to benchmark total compensation, candidate expectations, and market availability.\nEmployer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador to promote BRAHMA AI’s vision, mission, and culture across tech communities, social media, meetups, and outreach.\nQuality & Workflow Improvement: Maintain high standards across all recruitment activities and propose ideas to optimise existing workflows and ATS processes, while focusing on the highest standard of execution.\nWho you are\n Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition (in-house, startup, or agency), with a proven track record of hiring across specialized technical and software roles.\n Tech & AI Focus: Deep understanding of tech/engineering hiring (e.g., AI/ML, Computer Vision, Software Engineering, Platform/DevOps)..\nStartup Mindset: Highly adaptable, resilient, and proactive with a strong bias for action; comfortable operating in an ambiguous, high-growth environment where priorities can quickly evolve.\nAssessment & Selection: Demonstrated success using creative sourcing tools, technical screening techniques, and structured interview methods.\nCommunication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to advise, coach, and influence hiring managers on candidate evaluation and market reality.\nTools & Systems: Proficiency with ATS platforms, Excel/Google Sheets, and candidate management tools.\nNice to have\n Global & Remote Hiring: Experience managing distributed, cross-border talent acquisition. Knowledge of international hiring laws and restrictions (Europe, US and Canada).\nImmigration Laws: Working knowledge of UK immigration laws and regulations.
