It’s the kind of work you'll still be proud of in ten years from now.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for Brain Co.’s Engineering teams (AI/ML, AI Product, AI Platform). You’ll partner closely with our in-house recruiting team and engineering leadership, including our Head of Engineering, to attract and close world-class technical talent - the kind of people who define the next decade of applied AI.\nThis isn’t a “req-filler” role. You’ll design and drive our recruiting engine - from crafting outbound strategies and refining our brand narrative to managing candidate experience and closing complex offers across global markets.\nYou’ll be joining a high-trust, high-velocity environment where recruiting is seen as a strategic advantage - and your work will directly shape the caliber and trajectory of Brain Co.’s technical team.\nYou’ll Own\nFull-cycle recruiting across AI/ML, AI Product, and AI Platform roles - from sourcing to offer close\n\nPartnering with leadership to define hiring needs and interview processes\n\nDriving candidate experience that reflects our speed, precision, and mission-driven culture\n\nBuilding market maps and data-driven sourcing strategies across competitive AI talent pools\n\nNegotiating complex offers and compensation packages in collaboration with execs and finance\n\nServing as an ambassador for Brain Co.’s brand at events, conferences, and online communities\n\nYou Might Thrive in This Role If You:\nHave 3-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house, early stage experience)\n\nMust have experience with engineering or technical roles\n\nHave successfully hired AI/ML Engineers, Product Engineers, or Platform/Infra Engineers\n\nAre a strong storyteller who can translate technical work into a compelling narrative for candidates\n\nAre metrics-driven and know how to build pipelines that convert\n\nExcel in high-autonomy, fast-moving environments where recruiting = impact\n\nSee recruiting as both art and strategy -
