It’s the kind of work you'll still be proud of in ten years from now.\nAbout the Role\nSales Ops sits within Finance & Strategy and partners directly with our CFO, sales leadership, and the general managers who lead our vertical and regional businesses.\n\nYou will own the systems, processes, and data behind how Brain Co. sells, from pipeline and forecasting through pricing approvals and contract handoff.\n\nThis role is for an operator with GTM systems and revenue operations experience who wants to build the function at a fast-growing AI company serving governments, healthcare systems, and critical industries.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn our CRM and GTM systems, including configuration, data quality, integrations, and selection of new tools as the team grows.\n\nRun the weekly pipeline review and forecasting process with sales leadership and general managers, and connect bookings to the company's financial plan.\n\nOperate deal review and pricing approvals, and manage the handoff from signed contract to delivery and billing.\n\nBuild dashboards and analyses on pipeline coverage, conversion, win rates, and sales cycles across verticals and regions.\n\nSupport sales planning, including account segmentation, targets, and sales compensation administration.\n\nIdentify where the sales process breaks down and design practical fixes that sellers will use.\n\nWho You Are\n3 to 7 years of experience, including time in consulting and in a Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations role at a high-growth B2B startup.\n\nHands-on experience administering Salesforce or HubSpot, including objects, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.\n\nYou have built or run a pipeline and forecasting process alongside sales leadership.\n\nExperience with deal desk or quote-to-cash processes, such as pricing approvals, contract terms, and handoff to billing.\n\nStrong analytical skills, including SQL or advanced spreadsheet modeling, and comfort reconciling CRM data with finance data.\n\nYou design processes that sales teams adopt, and you communicate clearly with sellers, executives, and finance.\n\nNice to have: experience with complex enterprise or public sector sales cycles;
