support a team of Community Support Workers.\nPromote a positive culture that places the people we support at the centre of everything we do.\nEnsure rehabilitation plans and person-centred support plans are implemented effectively.\nSupport individuals to achieve their goals and maximise independence.\nAct as a role model, providing coaching, guidance, and supervision to team members.\nCoordinate shift activities and ensure safe staffing levels are maintained.\nMonitor the quality of support provided and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nAssist with auditing, compliance checks, and maintaining accurate records.\nWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to achieve positive outcomes.\nSupport investigations, incident reviews, and safeguarding processes where required.\nDeputise for the Service Manager in their absence.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance direct support, team management, and quality assurance activities while ensuring the highest standards of care and rehabilitation are maintained.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting others and developing teams.\nYou will:\nHave experience working within health and social care, rehabilitation, or supported living services.\nDemonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills.\nBe able to motivate, coach, and develop others.\nHave excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nBe compassionate, patient, and resilient.\nBe committed to delivering person-centred care and rehabilitation.\nHave a good understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and professional boundaries.\nBe confident managing competing priorities and making informed
