The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments enterprise-scale politics navigation drives accountability and ensures timely and successful delivery of web and app solutions.\nKey ResponsibilitiesOwns the product strategy and roadmap for a product of magnitude e2e \n\nDrives commercials through e-commerce growth strategy analytics performance measurement \n\nDrives strategic planning for their product with the business; knows their context inside out (preferably in super apps transportation PropTech MarTech)\n\nOversees the execution as the single point of contact leads all major events and ensures alignment with schedules business strategy & customer experience\n\nConstantly champions an elevated customer journey in alignment with cross functions to meet scope quality & ops excellence.\n\nCoaching and people management (Senior / Product Managers)\n\nOrchestrates several products and directly manages 1 or 2 products\n\nApplies Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage backlog sprint planning prioritization and iteration reviews.\n\nEnsure solutions meet functional technical security and performance standards; oversee QA processes and UAT cycles.\n\nManage third-party implementation partners ensuring deliverables meet contractual and quality standards.\n\nIdentify process gaps implement delivery best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nQualifications & SkillsExperience: 7 years in product experience with at least 3 years leading large-scale web and mobile app implementations.\n\nBachelors degree in engineering computer science information systems business or related field; PMP or Agile certifications preferred.\n\nStrong knowledge of Agile SDLC DevOps and modern delivery frameworks.\n\nProficiency with Jira Confluence and roadmaping tools \n\nFamiliarity with web/app technologies (Adobe AEM iOS/Android development APIs Cloudflare cloud hosting).\n\nExcellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
