accessibility for project tracking and reporting.\n\nProvide training and support for Smartsheet adoption across teams.\n\nSupport implementation of global standards and best practices.\n\nMonitor process performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.\n\nFacilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams.\n\nCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nRequired qualifications & skills\n3-4 years of relevant experience.\n\nGraduation in any discipline from a recognized university.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Syteline, AX) and procurement/finance processes.\n\nProficiency in Smartsheet administration and workflow automation.\n\nExcellent communication and documentation abilities.\n\nAbility to work in a global, cross-functional environment.\n\nNice to have\nFamiliarity with process automation tools and reporting
