The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing and managing AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, and on-premises infrastructure, with strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, ArgoCD, and modern cloud-native platforms.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure across AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, and on-premises environments.\nDesign, deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized microservices platforms.\nImplement and maintain CI/CD and GitOps workflows using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, and ArgoCD.\nBuild and maintain Docker images, private container registries, Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, and deployment configurations.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and other Infrastructure as Code practices.\nImplement Kubernetes security controls, IAM policies, secrets management, image scanning, and cloud security best practices.\nImplement and maintain observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, EFK/ELK Stack, and related monitoring and logging tools.\nManage Kubernetes networking and service-to-service communication, including service mesh technologies such as Linkerd.\nImplement DevSecOps practices across development and deployment pipelines, including code quality, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and security policy enforcement.\nMonitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, reliability, resource utilization, and operational costs.\nTroubleshoot complex issues related to Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD pipelines, networking, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.\nSupport secure and reliable platforms for fintech and enterprise applications, including relevant compliance and security requirements.\nCollaborate with development, QA, database, cybersecurity, machine learning, business, and senior management teams.\nProvide technical guidance, documentation, and mentorship to DevOps and cloud engineering teams.\nExperience Requirements\n5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, SRE, or related fields.\nStrong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.\nStrong experience with one or more major cloud platforms, particularly AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean.\nHands-on experience with GitOps and ArgoCD and modern CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.\nStrong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.\nExperience designing and managing microservices and cloud-native architectures.\nStrong understanding of Kubernetes security, IAM, secrets management, container security, and image scanning.\nExperience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, EFK/ELK, or similar.\nExperience with Kubernetes networking and service mesh technologies will be an advantage.\nStrong scripting skills with Bash, Python, or similar.\nExperience with DevSecOps practices and security/compliance requirements such as PCI-DSS will be an advantage.\nExperience with cloud cost optimization, infrastructure performance, and reliability engineering will be an advantage.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience leading, mentoring, or guiding DevOps/Cloud teams will be an advantage.\nEducational Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, or a related field.\nRelevant certifications such as CKA, CKS, CKAD, KCNA, AWS, Terraform, RHCE, RHCSA, or equivalent will be an advantage.\nBenefits\nAttractive Salary for deserving candidates\nMedical Coverage\nYearly Salary Review\nWeekly two holidays\nProvident fund\nGratuity fund\nTwo festival bonus\nMonthly Performance Bonus\nWPPF.\nOffice time: Mon -
