The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, identity and access management, Active Directory, cloud networking, monitoring, security, and infrastructure automation.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure environments and virtualized systems to support business operations and growth.\nManage and continuously improve cloud backup, high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity strategies.\nAdminister and support cloud-based identity and access management services, Active Directory (AD), Domain Controllers, Group Policies (GPOs), and related infrastructure services.\nProvide a technical support, troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex infrastructure and cloud-related issues within established SLAs.\nProvide emergency response, coordination, and on-call support as required to ensure service availability and operational continuity.\nResolve and manage advanced service requests, incidents, and change requests in accordance with service management processes and service level agreements.\nMonitor cloud platforms, virtualized environments, systems, applications, and infrastructure using monitoring and log management tools; investiga te alerts and perform escalation when necessary. • Review, maintain, and update technical documentation, operational procedures, system inventories, and infrastructure records.\nDevelop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), installation guides, maintenance activities, and operational runbooks.\nPerform cloud platform provisioning, operating system deployment, server installation, configuration, patching, and maintenance activities.\nAdminister, monitor, and optimize cloud resources, including compute, storage, networking, security, and platform services.\nLead and participate in infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, disaster recovery exercises, and service improvement initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards across cloud environments.\nCollaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support business and technology initiatives.\nProvide end-user support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and replacement.\nPerform other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.\nRequirements:\nMinimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or relevant fields.\nAdvance Knowledge and experience in AWS Cloud administration.\nAbility to perform advance server, storage and back-up build ups.\nAbility to perform advanced AWS Cloud operational tasks. • Ability to create and improve server security standards.\nAbility to create Intermediate server, storage and back-up design and architecture.\nAbility to perform advance functional analysis and investigation on AWS Environment related issues.\nAbility to perform daily health checks and monitoring activities on AWS services.\nAbility to create and modify intermediate PowerShell Scripts and Infra as a code.\nGood understanding of Network topologies and platforms.\nExperience in handling PCI DSS Audit is a plus.\nExperience with a payment gateway industry is a plus.\nExperience with containerization is a plus.\nKnowledgeable with ITIL Process.\nEnthusiastic and willing to learn in a dynamic environment.\nBenefits\nAttractive Salary for deserving candidates\nMedical Coverage\nYearly Salary Review\nWeekly two holidays\nProvident fund\nGratuity fund\nTwo festival bonus\nMonthly Performance Bonus\nWPPF.\nOffice time: Mon -
