are hiring on behalf of our client an Accounting Administrator to support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.\nResponsibilities:\nDraft client contracts using approved templates.\nSend contracts to clients and monitor their completion.\nManage the execution of contracts through DocuSign.\nSend invoices to clients.\nMaintain and update Finance and Sales boards.\nMonitor collections and outstanding client balances.\nPrepare accounts receivable ageing reports.\nAssist with reconciling Finance and Sales boards against SAP records.\nIdentify and help resolve discrepancies between contracts, invoices, internal records and SAP.\nMaintain appropriate supporting documentation and records.\nProvide general administrative support to the Finance team as required.\nUndertake any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Manager.\nRequirements\nRequirements\nEducation & Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\n1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a similar administrative role.\nBasic understanding of accounting principles.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nExperience with SAP or similar accounting/ERP systems is an advantage.\nSkills & Competencies:\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood organisational and time-management skills.\nGood numerical and analytical skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to work
