solutions.\n Key Responsibilities:\nIdentify, target, and develop new business opportunities\nBuild and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads\nLead discovery conversations to uncover client marketing challenges, goals, and business needs\nTrack all activity and pipeline performance in CRM systems\nStay ahead of industry trends in fintech and digital marketing\nConsistently meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs\nBuild, nurture and grow relationships with clients to drive repeated business and long-term partnerships\nExecute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, networking) targeting decision-makers\nOwn the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing\nUndertake any other duties related to the role as assigned by the Manager\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in business development and sales, ideally within a digital marketing agency\nStrong understanding of digital marketing services\nProven track record in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals\nExperience working with clients in forex, CFD, fintech, or financial services is highly preferred\nAbility to manage multiple active deals through the full sales cycle to conversion\nStrong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and business expansion\nSkills:\nStrong ability to manage high-value pipelines and consistently achieve targets\nForecasting & data analysis to support accurate sales planning and strategy\nStrong communication and influence skills, including presentations and proposal development\nNegotiation skills in commercial discussions and deal closure\nMarket insight and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making\nCustomer success management with a focus on
