# Reservations Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Reservations Manager on behalf of our client, a luxury hospitality group. The role is based in Paphos, Cyprus. The Reservations Manager is responsible for the efficient daily operation of the Reservations Department, ensuring the highest standards of guest service, accuracy, and revenue optimization. Working closely with the Group Head of Reservations, the Reservations Manager oversees reservations activities, supports team performance, monitors booking processes, and ensures that all reservations are handled professionally in line with the standards of a 5-star luxury hotel. The role requires strong operational leadership, excellent attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to deliver exceptional service experiences while maximizing room revenue and occupancy opportunities.
